What are you going to do?

As the RA auditor, you will be ultimately responsible for signing and overviewing all audits of your team. Moreover, you will be leading and coaching 4 experienced accountants. Naturally, you will have your own portfolio of clients (usually diverse in the industry), however, you will also be encouraged to acquire more clients and expand the business. This client is part of a large multi-national network, thus you will have the opportunity to join the partners on company trips around Europe every quarter. During those trips, you will meet with other auditors and discuss complex international issues in the business.

What is expected of you?

• 8+ years of experience in external audit
• RA certified
• Fluent in Dutch and English (German and/or French are advantageous)
• Ambitious

This growing company is known for its company culture. Unlike other accountancy firms, work-life balance is on a pedestal. The team is like a "small" family (over 100 people) which often goes together on company trips and BBQs.

They currently operate from 2 locations in the Netherlands and are looking to increase that to 3 in the coming years.
